We are developing a solution based on ReactJS/NextJS and React Native that uses Redux as a State Management and libraries such as Styled Components, Typescript, Jest, and Storybook for CEVA Logistics.

The solution is called "MyCEVA" and it is an “All-in-One platform”, which provide digital services on all the transportation customer journey: from Quotation to Customer Service.

Being completely responsible for the Front-end of the platform through a Digital Factory composed by 4 Squads that are responsible for the Product Design and the Development of Epics/Features/User Stories defined by the Product Owners of CEVA concerning the Front-End of the Web and Mobile applications of MyCEVA . The front-end squads are working in collaboration with CEVA internal IT teams mainly based in Houston, TX and India that give support to the BackEnd, API´s and third-party integrations.

Each Digital Squad is responsible to perform the design, development, and integration being each one of the squads composed of: 1 Tech Lead/ 2 FrontEnd Engineers (ReactJS) and transversal UX/UI Designers and Q&A´s (Automation Testing) and DevOps.

It's also important to mention that our team takes care of a great code base refactoring in many different areas of the app to improve code best practices, performance and for being able to add unit/functional/e2e tests to the legacy codebase, we also did requests optimizations, decreasing of first page load time, decreasing of build and deployment time, SEO improvements, integration of analytics tools such as MixPanel, inclusion of Salesforce chat bot for customer troubleshooting and service, inclusion of monitoring tools such as Sentry and inclusion of design system workflow tools such as Storybook and Chromatic.
